Customer Objective
A leading HCP closed community needed to provide on demand HCP intelligence to their pharmaceutical Clients and community members in a fast and effective way. They faced challenges in quickly and comprehensively understanding the key topics of discussion, areas of unmet need and general sentiment of conversations around autoimmunity as a whole. The Customer possessed multiple data types, including data from their own closed community, transcript data from HCP interviews, and market research surveys all of which needed to be processed and analyzed in a timely manner.
Brief
The Customer wanted to use Drug-GPT to ingest and curate all their data sources into one dataset that could be analyzed for topics, sentiment and unmet needs. The Customer wanted to be able to track changes in topics and sentiment over time as a key performance indicator, re-running the analysis each quarter to inform how this changes across time. The Customer also wanted to understand how topics and sentiment varied across the different data sources as well as the aggregated view across all sources.
Solution
By leveraging Drug-GPT, the Customer was able to rapidly structure unstructured information from various sources, resulting in a comprehensive view of sentiment and topics over time. This approach led to an 80% time efficiency improvement and enabled the Customer to view insights for all data collectively, as different data types, or as subpopulations of interest (namely, HCP specialty). Furthermore, the Customer was able to re-run the models at strategically important times, such as post-drug launch, to monitor conversations and emerging trends.
