Customer Objective
Healthcare Advertising Agency D needed to obtain instant intelligence for a Respiratory franchise represented by multiple existing/new Client opportunities. The Agency possessed multiple different data types including market research interviews and social data and were generating data intelligence manually, which was highly time consuming.
Brief
The brief given to Talking Medicines was to apply Drug-GPT to analyze the Agency’s data to surface summarized intelligence at both an author level and across key areas of interest. The Agency wanted to ask their own questions of the curated data so that they could generate on demand intelligence for Patients and HCPs related to the key areas of interest of the Respiratory franchise as required.
Solution
This approach provided the Agency’s curated data as a data vault which sits behind Drug-GPT. The Agency were able to access data intelligence related to the analyzed HCP data (social and market research) and Patient data (social and market research). The Agency was also able to ask their own questions of the curated data to uncover novel intelligence to create strategies driving efficiency of business development. They also gained an 80% improvement in productivity comparing manual trawling of research.
