Customer Objective
A leading HCP Market Research Agency were running pre and post event surveys for their Client to gauge whether the presentations had improved alignment of HCPs to key brand messaging. They faced challenges in the amount of data they were trying to process and how to measure the impact of the event against a baseline level.
Brief
The Agency wanted to use Drug-GPT to assign an automated alignment score between the curated survey responses and a select set of key messages from the events. They wanted to run the analysis both before and after the event to track the impact of the event on alignment with these key messages. The Agency wanted to see the HCP alignment with each statement at a full population and individual level so they could group individuals with similar alignment. The Agency also wanted to run this scoring between HCP community and social data, and key messages to understand the baseline alignment with these statements for comparison.
Solution
This AI-assisted approach led to an 80% improvement in efficiency and provided longitudinal insights, decreasing manual bias and processing more data from diverse sources. It allowed the Agency to gain a strong understanding of how well aligned survey respondents were pre and post event and compare this to the baseline alignment as gauged from social data conversations. This allowed the Agency to monitor the impact of their presentations on alignment levels as well as Identify areas for improvement for optimization of future material.
