Customer Objective

A leading HCP closed community were trying to actively recruit more members to their platform. They faced challenges in understanding how their target group spoke so that they could generate tailored messaging that would resonate with these individuals and encourage them to join their platform.

Brief

The Customer wanted to use DrugVoice to ask questions of the curated HCP Conversational Data to understand what HCPs were talking about and how they were talking about these topics. They also wanted a quantifiable way to understand the alignment between the HCP discussions on socials and key brand messages so that they could group individuals with similar alignment and identify which individuals are most closely aligned with key brand messages for recruitment.

Solution

Using DrugVoice led to an 80% improvement in efficiency, reduction in manual bias and an enablement of data processing from more diverse sources. This allowed the Customer to gain a better understanding of how HCPs speak and what they are talking about so that more relevant and impactful messaging could be delivered. The Customer was also able to monitor the impact of their messaging over time, identify areas of improvement or optimization of messaging material and test new messaging for the recruitment of HCPs with key brand messages.
