Customer Objective

A leading Market Research Agency were hired to interview 300 HCPs based in the US. They needed to collate the research and analyze the data in a timely manner to understand what the key topics of discussion were and answer key questions their pharma client had around the emerging landscape of Sjogren’s Syndrome and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus treatments.

Brief

The agency faced challenges in effectively and efficiently structuring their Conversational Data from transcripts. To understand key topics and answer critical questions about the emerging landscape of treatments for Sjogren’s Syndrome and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, they used DrugVoice to curate intelligence from their HCP interview transcripts.

Solution

Summarization was used to condense the information from the transcripts to highlight the most important pieces of information, at a per-transcript level, and across all transcripts, but also to summarize information relating to specific topics of interest. DrugVoice was then used to extract further intelligence from the data relating to the specific client questions asked.

By leveraging DrugVoice, the Customer was able to rapidly structure Conversational Data, resulting in a comprehensive view of the information at a per-transcript level, across all transcripts or across subpopulations of interest e.g. HCPs from one country versus another. The Customer was also able to compare summaries and answers from different subpopulations. Overall, this approach led to an 80% time efficiency improvement.
