Customer Objective

A Healthcare Marketing Agency (Customer) faced challenges in effectively analysing their data into Patient Personas. The Customer struggled to extract meaningful insights from various populations in their data related to a specific Client’s drug of interest.

Brief

Customer briefed Talking Medicines to use Advanced Data Science and AI technologies to structure Patient populations within their Patient Conversational Data based on diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up/switching. Customer wanted to ask natural language questions of each persona using DrugVoice to gain curated and actionable intelligence.

Solution

The Talking Medicines DrugVoice solution provided the Customer with a comprehensive and efficient approach to understanding and engaging with patient populations, ultimately improving their marketing strategies and client- specific initiatives. This approach led to an 80% time efficiency improvement and enabled the Customer to view insights for all data collectively, or within different personas of interest (diagnosis, treatment, follow up/switching). Furthermore, the Customer was able to re-run the models at strategically important times in the year to monitor for emerging trends.
