Customer Objective

A leading Patient Agency wanted to provide accurate patient intelligence to their Pharmaceutical Clients in a fast and effective way. They faced challenges in quickly and comprehensively understanding the key topics of discussion within their data, areas of unmet need and general sentiment of conversations around a specific disease state and a competitive set of branded medicines. The Patient Agency possessed multiple data types, including: transcript data from Patient interviews, social data and market research surveys – all of which needed to be processed and analyzed holistically.

Brief

The Patient Agency wanted to use DrugVoice to ingest and curate all their data into data vaults that could be analyzed for topics, sentiment and unmet needs. The Patient Agency wanted to be able unlock intelligence in Personas. The Patient Agency wanted a Key Performance Indicator on changes in topics and sentiment by source and competitive set in order to run comparisons.

Solution

By leveraging DrugVoice, the Patient Agency was able to rapidly structure unstructured data from various sources, resulting in a comprehensive view of topics, sentiment and unmet need over time. This approach led to an 80% time efficiency improvement and enabled the Patient Agency to view intelligence for all data collectively, as different data sources, or as subpopulations of interest. Furthermore, the Agency was able to use DrugVoice to continue to monitor the patient landscape on behalf of the Pharmaceutical Client on an ongoing basis.
